Images and videos bring life to our website and help tell the story of Union UMC as a warm and welcoming community focused on developing followers of Jesus Christ to serve the world. They especially help visitors understand who we are and what to expect when they plan a visit.

Accordingly, we love to share images and videos of our church family with others and so you’ll see a lot of media being taken and shared in many ways. However, if you don’t want your image to be used on our website, please submit the form below and we will update the website accordingly.

• Any adult may complete the Photo Opt Out Form below if they do not want photos or videos in which they or their minor children are featured to be used on this website.

• No identifying information will accompany photos of minor children, including names, addresses, email addresses, family members’ names, or schools.

• If you submit images or videos to be used on our website you are giving the church the right to use the media. These media must not contain any copyrighted material without permission.
