Sanctuary Choir

Union United Methodist Church has one of the finest Sanctuary Choirs in the area which is directed by Carole Eckert.

The Sanctuary Choir leads the music in worship service each Sunday morning at 9:00am. Organist/pianist, Gail Long accompanies. The choir also presents special programs and worship services during the church year.

Rehearsals are Wednesdays at 7:30pm. Childcare is provided!

The choir is open to all ages from youth to adult and sings a wide range of sacred music from traditional to gospel and contemporary. The Sanctuary Choir sings major works including Handel’s Messiah and carol services with symphony musicians, Vivaldi’s Gloria, Robert Ray’s Gospel Mass, and others and provides music every Sunday morning at the 9:00am service. In addition, the Sanctuary Choir has completed four European concert tours and last sang in England in June of 2014.
