Union UMC is privileged to have two dedicated handbell choirs who enhance our worship.
Ringing Brass Handbells is geared towards teaching youth and adults handbell ringing techniques. Kids 10 – 99 are welcome. No musical experience is needed–We’re happy to teach you everything you need to know.
Come make joyful noise with us Thursday evenings, 6:00-6:45.
Jubilation Handbells is for adults with more experience in handbell ringing.
This choir provides music once a month for Sunday morning worship and for special services during Lent and on Christmas Eve. They also ring for community programs.
Rehearsals are on Thursdays from 7:00 to 8:30 pm.
The handbell choirs perform at both services throughout the year.
Director Bonnie Moncelli is always looking for new talent to add to the choirs.
